AWAS Studio and Gallery

AWAS in Bahasa Malayu generally refers to “Caution or Danger”, usually pertaining to road construction or hazardous situations. We feel it is an appropriate name for a contemporary art space/studio.

AWAS “Artworks/Art Space is centrally located in Georgetown Penang, Malaysia and offers a 1700 sq’ working/education studio for small to medium size art classes, an exhibition/function gallery and a wet/dry studio for national and international artists to create personal works of art.
